Australian Draftsperson & Pre-Site Coordinator

This is a remote position.

As our Australian Draftsperson & Pre-Site Coordinator , you will be the backbone of both our drafting output and our pre-construction process, producing working drawings and town planning drawings for residential homes while simultaneously ensuring every job is fully coordinated, compliant, and ready to break ground. You will work closely with the Construction Manager, Sales Team, Estimators, architects, and external consultants to manage the flow of design documentation and approvals from contract signing through to site start, all delivered remotely from the Philippines. This is a pivotal role that keeps our design and build pipeline moving efficiently.
