Help & support
Quick answers for browsing the remote job catalog, using filters, and getting in touch with the team.
Quick start — jobs
- Go to the Jobs home page.
- Enter a title or skill (for example “React” or “product manager”).
- Optionally set country and use filters for seniority, salary, type, or category.
- Press Search or Enter. Results update in place; share the URL to save your query.
- Open a card to read the full description and apply via the source link.
Quick start — companies
- Open Companies.
- Search by company name or market keyword.
- Use the Market filter for industry facets; remove chips to widen the list again.
- Open a company to see overview, jobs, and optional benefits or tech tabs when data exists.
Tips
- Combine a specific role keyword with one seniority filter instead of many vague terms.
- Sort jobs by salary when compensation fields are present in the feed.
- Use “Clear” or “Clear all” on chips to reset without manually emptying each filter.
- On mobile, primary navigation (Jobs / Companies) stays in the header—no hidden menu.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to search jobs?
No. The job and company catalogs are public. Sign in only when you want account features such as points balance or document tools as they roll out.
How do I narrow results?
Use the search bar for role or company keywords and country. Open filter menus for seniority, salary, job type, category, or source (jobs) and market (companies). Active filters appear as chips you can remove in one click.
Where do listings come from?
We ingest from multiple remote-friendly boards and employer feeds. Each card shows a source label; the job detail page links to the canonical posting when we have it.
Why does a job look different from the board I know?
Titles and descriptions are stored as we received them at ingest time. If something is outdated, open the external link on the posting or email us with the job URL so we can investigate.
How do cover letters and resume tailoring work?
That workflow is the next layer on top of the catalog: sign in with Google, pick a job, and generate materials aligned to the description. Pricing may use a points wallet when billing is enabled on your account—check the app after sign-in for current limits.
How long does AI document generation take?
When available, generation typically completes in about one to two minutes. Review and edit the draft before you send it to an employer.
Is my data secure?
We use Google OAuth for login and HTTPS everywhere on the site. Resume files and generated documents (when you use those features) are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected]. Include the job or company link and screenshots if something looks broken.
Still stuck?
Write to [email protected] with your browser, device, and the page URL. For incorrect listings, include the job slug or company name.
