Responsibilities

Own the global tax provision: quarterly and annual ASC 740, current and deferred taxes, ETR, uncertain tax positions, return-to-provision true-ups, and income tax disclosures for the 10-Q and 10-K

Manage outsourced providers for US federal and state income tax compliance, including extensions and estimated payments. Includes the preparation and review of data packages, workpapers, and returns.
