Summary: The Manager, Solutions Consulting leads AbsenceSoft’s team of Solutions Consultants — the technical experts who partner with sales to show prospective and existing customers how our platform solves real leave and accommodations challenges. Reporting to the CRO, this role leads the team's day-to-day operations: hiring, coaching, demo standards, and deal strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role — this role develops the team while stepping into complex deals directly, with success measured by improving win rates and faster onboarding of new Solutions Consultants.
