Build trusted relationships with clients, Workday, ecosystem partners, third parties, and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery and future opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and manage expansion and follow-on sales opportunities by understanding client priorities and unmet needs and partnering with account, sales, and practice leadership to shape solutions, estimates, proposals, staffing strategies, presentations, and the transition from sales to delivery.
Maintain visibility into the sales opportunity pipeline, next steps, owners, dependencies, and risks, and support disciplined progression through applicable sales-stage governance.
Capture lessons learned, reusable assets, and delivery insights that strengthen the Workday practice and improve future engagements.
