Delivery Partner Consultant (Talent Acquisition)

We're looking for a professional with experience in talent acquisition/ IT recruitment to join our Delivery Partner Management team within the Growth structure.

In this role, you'll support the Delivery Partner Manager in developing and strengthening relationships with our delivery partners. You'll help implement external partners resources screening, provide guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders, and collaborate closely with the Procurement team to ensure a good collaboration.

Responsibilities

Screen, interview and assess external partner resources, identifying suitable profiles based on project requirements and internal standards Collaborate with hiring teams, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand project needs and facilitate effective partner engagement.
