KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete day-to-day bookkeeping activities in Xero across accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero and ensure bookkeeping information is entered correctly.
- Support account collections and follow up outstanding customer accounts as required.
- Communicate with customers primarily by email regarding accounts matters, with occasional phone communication where needed.
