Overview

The Senior Solution Consultant is a customer‑facing role within the Global Merchant Business Unit and Solutions , reporting directly to the Head of Global Merchant Solutions Consulting . Based in Central / Eastern Europe , the role leads strategic, outcome‑driven engagements with large enterprise merchants across EMEA , shifting conversations from product features to end‑to‑end business solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor during pre‑sales, the consultant aligns customer business objectives, market and regulatory drivers, and ACI’s solution strategy to clearly articulate value, guide solution design, and enable informed decision‑making. The role requires deep expertise in online payments and fraud, strong market insight, and a proven ability to consult at executive level with complex, enterprise merchants.
