Summary:

The Client Experience Consultant, Client Enablement is a hands-on deliverer of the education and enablement experiences that help the whole client base adopt and get value from AgencyBloc . This role designs and runs live and scaled client-facing enablement — training, education programs, and the sessions where clients learn to get value from the product — and owns the ongoing quality and effectiveness of those experiences as the product and the business evolve. It's a delivery- and facilitation-focused role that spans different kinds of client enablement rather than concentrating on any single repeated task.
