Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant
Role overview
Albida is looking for a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant to lead configuration, design, and delivery for clients running or implementing these modules. You'll work directly with client stakeholders — HR, payroll, and operations leaders — to translate business requirements into working Workday solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery sessions to capture absence and time tracking requirements across client organisations
- Configure Workday Absence Management: accrual rules, eligibility rules, absence plans, and calendars
- Configure Workday Time Tracking: time entry templates, time calculations, overtime rules, and scheduling
