What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership & Development: Take responsibility for 8-12 Account Executives who manage end-to-end sales processes across their territories. Build, inspire, and lead a high-performance team focused on collaboration, inclusivity, and growth, fostering a supportive, high-accountability environment where feedback is valued to drive development.
Account Strategy & Execution: Shape and execute a strategy for both new logo acquisition and expansion within our defined territory, aligned with AlphaSense 's global objectives. Become an expert on customer needs and use cases, market dynamics, company capabilities, competitive landscape, and product differentiation, and identify whitespace and new logo opportunities among top-tier target companies.
