We Don't Just Hire Remote Workers — We Build Remote Leaders
Let's be upfront.
If you're searching for a predictable role where you log in, complete tasks, and log out
If you prefer a fixed salary with fixed limits
If you're comfortable with average effort producing average results
This opportunity likely isn't the right fit.
But if you're naturally competitive
If you monitor your own progress and aim to improve constantly
If you believe income should increase with performance — not simply with time spent in a position
Then this might be exactly what you're looking for.

At AO Globe Life , this is not your typical work-from-home position.

Our environment is structured, performance-driven, and designed for professionals who want real ownership over their career path.

Here, your results aren't hidden behind office politics or limited by salary brackets.

Your work speaks for itself.

And when you perform, it shows.

The People You'll Be Assisting

You'll work with union and association members across Canada and the United States who have already requested information about their benefits.

That means:

No cold calling
No door-to-door selling
No chasing uninterested leads
You'll be speaking with families who are expecting guidance and clear information — not a pushy sales approach.
Applicants must currently reside in Canada or the United States.
Already Licensed in Insurance?
Then you already understand the industry.
But what many agents don't have is the right platform.

Here you'll gain access to:

A reliable pipeline of qualified members
A proven remote system that supports productivity
Leadership mentorship — not just product training
A clear pathway to uncapped earnings
If you're ready to move beyond simply maintaining and start scaling your results, this opportunity was built for that.
Background in Sales or Customer Service?
Great — you're already ahead.

If you've ever:

Built trust with clients
Managed objections confidently
Explained value clearly
Closed a deal or completed a sale
Then you already possess the core skills for success here.
Now apply those abilities toward something meaningful: helping families secure the protection they need.
Here, strong results are recognized and rewarded directly.
No License Yet?
That's okay.
We don't just look at credentials — we look at potential.

If you are:

Coachable and willing to learn
Self-motivated and disciplined
Comfortable speaking with people
Driven by performance-based opportunities
We'll provide structured training and guide you through the licensing process.
Where you begin does not determine where you can go.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

100% Remote – Work from anywhere within eligible regions
Flexible Scheduling – Structure your workday around your productivity
Performance-Based Compensation – Weekly pay plus uncapped commission potential
No Random Prospecting – Members have already requested information

Structured Onboarding Program

Continuous Mentorship and Leadership Development
Promotions Based on Results — Not Tenure
There's no artificial ceiling.
Your performance determines how far you go.

What Your Role Will Involve

Connecting with members who requested benefit details
Providing clear explanations of available coverage options
Assisting families with enrollment when appropriate
Building long-term relationships with clients
Collaborating with a motivated remote team
You'll have independence in your work — while still being supported by experienced leadership.

Why Top Performers Stay

Because effort translates directly into income.
Because advancement is earned.
Because growth is visible and measurable.
Because working remotely doesn't mean working alone.
Because the opportunity grows with you over time.
You don't need the perfect résumé.

What matters most is:

Discipline.
Integrity.
And a strong competitive drive.
