Who We Serve

We work exclusively with union and association members across Canada and the United States who have already requested benefit information.

No cold outreach or cold calling.

No door knocking.

No chasing people who aren’t interested.

You’ll be speaking with families who are expecting the call — and looking for guidance.

Please note: Applicants must currently reside in Canada or the United States.

Already Licensed? This Could Be the Platform You’ve Been Missing.

If you hold an insurance license, you already understand the fundamentals.

What many agents don’t have is:

A consistent flow of qualified members A system designed for remote success Mentorship that actually develops leadership Clear paths to scale income If you’re tired of maintaining and ready to expand — this is built for that.

Sales Background? Retail? Client-Facing Roles?

Then you already possess the foundation:

Building trust Listening for real needs Communicating value Closing with confidence Now apply those skills to something that matters — helping families protect what they’ve worked for.

Here, performance is not buried in bureaucracy.

It’s compensated directly.

No License Yet? No Industry Experience?

That’s not a deal-breaker.

We hire for mindset over résumé.

If you are:

Coachable
Self-managed
Confident speaking with people
Motivated by performance-based income
We provide training and guide you through licensing.
Your background does not limit your ceiling here.

What Makes This Different

100% Remote – Work from anywhere

Flexible Structure – You manage your time

Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission (100% performance-based)
Pre-qualified members only
Structured onboarding & ongoing mentorship
Leadership advancement based on results, not tenure
This is not hourly.
There is no cap.
There is no ceiling placed above you.
Your output determines your outcome.

What You’ll Actually Do

Connect with members who requested benefit information
Educate families clearly and professionally
Guide enrollments when appropriate
Maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborate within a strong remote team
You operate independently — but never unsupported.

Why Professionals Stay

Because income reflects effort.
Because growth is measurable.
Because leadership is earned, not promised.
Because remote work can still feel connected.
Because the opportunity is real — and scalable.
You don’t need the perfect résumé.
You need discipline.
Integrity.
Competitive energy.
If you’re ready to build something substantial — not temporary —
Apply.
Let’s have a real conversation.
