Central Hiring Manager – AV/EV SegmentLocation – Remote
The Central Hiring Manager (CHM) is responsible for interviewing, evaluating, and selecting talent across Amerit Fleet Solutions ’ rapidly growing Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) segment.Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, the CHM is accountable for hiring to the segment workforce plan at scale and with urgency, while maintaining a consistently high standard for talent, safety, performance, and culture.
The CHM serves as a critical partner between Operations and Recruiting and as a steward of the AV/EV team’s culture and values. Success requires balancing speed and hiring volume with selecting people who demonstrate the technical capabilities, accountability, professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork required to succeed in the segment.
