What is Amplemarket all about?
Amplemarket 's premise is that a lot of the playbooks used by B2B sales teams that worked 5 years ago don't cut it anymore.

In today's environment, sales teams need to have a tremendous amount of information about their prospects to decide when is the best moment and channel to reach out in the most relevant way. You can't do this with 5 different data/sales enablement point solutions that don't share the same data schema and barely communicate with each other. Amplemarket is the all-in-one compound solution that enables this.

Our AI-powered sales platform helps B2B companies generate more opportunities thanks to our advanced lead generation engine, hyper-personalized sequencing, omnichannel outreach, and AI-powered smart actions. We are backed by Y Combinator, and we are powering the sales teams at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world like Deel, Moveworks, H1 and Vanta.

We’re looking for an Outbound Account Executive to join our team in Europe.

This is a high impact, net new business role for a seller who knows how to create pipeline, run a disciplined sales process, and close. You’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from prospecting into target accounts to running discovery, demos, and negotiations through close.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys the challenge of outbound, and wants meaningful ownership in a growing company. You’ll play an important role in expanding our presence across EMEA and helping us scale our go-to-market motion in the region. You will:

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of net new opportunities across target accounts in EMEA
Prospect through email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other creative outbound channels
Run strong discovery, demo, and evaluation processes with multiple stakeholders
Clearly communicate Amplemarket ’s value to sales leaders, revenue teams, and executive buyers
Manage deal progression with rigor, including qualification, follow-up, objection handling, and next step precision
Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, outbound strategy, and territory execution
Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline discipline
Share market feedback to help improve positioning, process, and product insight

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
A track record of closing net-new business and consistently performing against quota
Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort generating your own pipeline
Experience running full cycle sales motions from discovery through close
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Confidence selling to multiple stakeholders, including managers, directors, VPs, and executives
High ownership, strong urgency, and the ability to operate well in a fast-moving environment
Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in modern sales technology
Ability to work effectively across EMEA markets and buying environments
Nice to have
Experience selling sales tech, martech, RevTech, or adjacent SaaS products
Experience selling into sales, growth, or revenue organizations
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Unify, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.
Startup or high-growth company experience

Why join Amplemarket

You’ll join a company with strong momentum, clear market relevance, and real product value
You’ll sell a platform that sits at the center of a major shift in how sales teams operate
You’ll have real ownership over your pipeline, deals, and impact
You’ll work closely with experienced leaders and founders in a high performance environment
You’ll help shape and grow our presence across EMEA
