The VP, Business Development is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for personally creating, advancing, and closing strategic new-logo business for Ansira . The VP will influence and coordinate cross-functional partners while maintaining personal accountability for pipeline, forecast, deal progression, and results. What you will own
- Personal new-logo growth: Develop and execute a territory and account strategy aligned to Ansira ’s priorities.
- Pipeline creation: Personally originate opportunities through outbound, account-based, relationship-led, partner-led, and executive-level selling.
- Complex sales: Lead multi-stakeholder pursuits involving business, marketing, technology, finance, procurement, legal, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
