Program Analyst, Sr – QUERI
Aptive Resources is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development (ORD) Quality Enhancement Research Initiative (QUERI), under the Field Enterprise Research Support Services contract.
The role supports QUERI's implementation science, quality improvement, and program evaluation portfolio by developing and executing processes for measuring, synthesizing, and reporting on project impacts, and by managing the administrative infrastructure — databases, information collection tools, file repositories, and standard operating procedures — that support oversight of funded projects.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage administrative processes, apply artificial intelligence tools, including Claude, to problem-solving and process improvement, and support program-level decision-making through analysis and recommendations within a complex, matrixed research organization.
This is a 100% remote position. Full-time (40 hours/week).
