About the Role

As a Senior Associate – Program Management , you will play a key role in driving the execution and operational management of programs within the renewable energy and energy access ecosystem .

This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines program management, strategic planning, business modelling, impact assessment, partnerships, and stakeholder management . You will work closely with senior leadership and multiple internal and external stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, pilots, partnerships, and scalable solutions.

The role requires someone who can operate comfortably across strategy and execution — from developing program plans and business models to coordinating implementation partners and contributing to senior-level stakeholder discussions.
