AI training and tools are part of the job. We're building one of the most AI-forward EA teams in the industry. You'll get access to AI-specific training and tools that make you faster, sharper, and more valuable. This isn't optional or "nice to have." It's core to how we operate.

We don't just place you and disappear Every EA goes through our 4-week accelerator to build systems with your client from day one. After that, you still have our support. We don't let people fail.

Real career paths, not empty promises

Top performers move into lead roles, get matched with higher-tier clients, or transition into internal positions at Assistant Launch . We have EAs who've been with us 4+ years and grown their careers here.

Compensation that reflects your value

We offer pay and benefits that meet or exceed industry standards, based on your experience and skill set, with performance-based bonuses and regular salary reviews. Our focus isn’t on low-cost hiring, but on building a team of high-quality professionals—and we compensate fairly for that.

Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision
Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last-minute changes)
Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact
Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation
Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision-making
Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items
Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands)

We're not just looking for someone who can do the job. We're looking for someone who's already been doing it, and doing it well.

Strategic Operations Management: You manage executive calendars, inboxes, and projects with real business judgment, prioritizing by impact, keeping teams aligned, and staying two steps ahead without being asked.

Advanced Communication: You write and speak on behalf of leaders with the right tone for every audience, from internal teams to senior external stakeholders.

Proactive Problem-Solving & Ownership: Problems don't land on your leader's desk; they get handled by you before anyone even notices there was one, and you own it start to finish.

Organizational Mastery & Execution Excellence: Multiple priorities, tight deadlines, high standards — you deliver quality work without losing the thread, even when things get hectic.

Systems & Technology Agility: You're fluent across CRMs, project management tools, and Google Workspace or MS Office, and you've brought AI into your workflow because you're always looking for smarter ways to work.

Emotional Intelligence & Professionalism: You navigate pressure without losing composure, read situations well, and people trust you with the things that matter most.
