Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Medical Biller to support a small group therapy practice in Chicago, Illinois. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end medical billing process , from insurance verification and authorization through claims submission, payment tracking, denials, and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has strong U.S. medical billing experience, particularly within behavioral or mental healthcare , and is comfortable working independently while communicating clearly with practice staff.
