We are looking for a US Service Operations Analyst to join the Remittance team here at athenahealth . In this role, the US Service Operations Analyst will be responsible forreviewing assigned work, researching issues, coordinating with internal partners, and helping to improve workflows that support revenue cycle performance. This individual will help keep critical operational work moving by managing assigned queues, researching issues, and supporting accurate resolution across service processes. The US Service Operations Analyst works to connect day-to-day execution with broader business results by helping identify trends, improve workflow reliability, and support efficient follow-through.
