About the Company
The company is a fast-growing PropTech organization in the United States, transforming the rental industry through innovative technology and solutions designed to expand housing access for renters while helping landlords and property managers improve occupancy and leasing conversion.
The company works with property owners and managers to address qualification gaps caused by conditional approvals, limited credit histories, and the absence of guarantors. Its mission is to create better opportunities for renters while helping housing providers convert demand into signed leases.
Our Mission
The company is focused on expanding access to housing by helping landlords approve more qualified renters without increasing risk.
By partnering with owners and property managers, the company helps close the qualification gap and improve leasing conversion and occupancy. The long-term vision is to become a widely adopted solution across the U.S. rental market, creating greater housing choice while helping property owners and operators grow their businesses.
Our Hiring Philosophy
We seek exceptional talent with relentless intellectual curiosity—individuals who:
Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
Demand excellence from themselves and their colleagues.
Identify and solve problems others don't even recognize.
Create innovative solutions others believe are impossible.
We deliberately seek rare, high-impact performers who attract similar talent. When we find someone extraordinary, we move quickly to bring them onboard.
We believe exceptional talent is the foundation for building exceptional companies. By assembling a team of high-performing individuals, we are creating the talent density needed to transform the rental industry and establish new standards of excellence.
The Opportunity
We are expanding our executive presence on LinkedIn and are looking for an exceptional content professional to help shape how the company and its leadership are perceived in the market.
This is not a standard content marketing role .
You will own the voice of senior leaders, transforming rough ideas, voice notes, conversations, and business updates into compelling content that builds brand authority, generates meaningful engagement, and positions the company as a defining player in the U.S. PropTech and rental market.
You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and company founders, meaning your work will have a direct impact on how the industry perceives the organization.
Every post, thread, and campaign will be a direct representation of the company. Speed, originality, and strong editorial judgment are non-negotiable.
Important Note
This is a writing role in the truest sense.
We expect original and creative thinking that demonstrates a genuine understanding of the business, audience, and brand voice. There will be a written component as part of the interview process.
Candidates whose submissions rely heavily on AI-generated content will not move forward. AI is used as a workflow and productivity tool—not as a ghostwriter.
