E-Billing Specialist Temporary

Ballard Spahr is seeking a temporary Electronic Billing Specialist to support the team with fourth-quarter deadlines. The e-Biller will manage the submission of electronic bills and oversees the daily and monthly e-billing workflow. This role requires proficiency with the client accounting system and various invoice processing applications. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player, assertive, and an independent learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should pay attention to detail, prioritize effectively, and meet strict deadlines while possessing excellent communication skills. Remote work is allowed for candidates in states with a Ballard office.
