About Bamboo Works
We're Bamboo Works , a growing international recruitment and staffing firm helping businesses around the world build high-quality remote teams.
Our focus is simple: quality over quantity, long-term partnerships, and delivering real value through exceptional talent.
As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Executive who can take ownership of new business opportunities, conduct discovery calls, and convert prospective clients into successful staffing partnerships.
This is a hands-on, results-driven sales role for someone who already understands the staffing industry and knows how to sell remote staffing solutions.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one. You'll need to be confident conducting client meetings, identifying hiring needs, presenting staffing solutions, and closing deals independently.
We're not necessarily looking for a senior sales consultant or someone with extensive enterprise sales experience. What matters most is your proven track record of selling staffing services, conducting discovery calls, and closing deals , particularly for roles such as Virtual Assistants, Executive Assistants, Social Media Managers, Graphic Designers, and similar remote professionals.
