About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Advocacy Manager to grow an engaged customer community and turn trusted relationships into meaningful advocacy.
You’ll bring Blackbaud ’s customer community and advocacy programs together to create stronger connections with our customers and help amplify their experiences. You’ll own the strategy for the Blackbaud Community and Champions program, creating engaging experiences, developing advocates, and using insights to continuously improve how customers participate and connect with Blackbaud .
