We are seeking a proactive, creative, and experienced Community Manager to help build, grow, and maintain meaningful connections within our online communities.

This role will focus on managing our Facebook Group and supporting the growth and engagement of the HelloWellness app community. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting with people, fostering meaningful conversations, creating engaging content, and building a welcoming and active online community.

Facebook Group Management
Manage daily activity within the HelloWellness Facebook Group
Review membership requests, welcome new members, and encourage participation
Monitor posts, comments, and discussions to maintain a positive community environment
Respond to member questions and comments using approved brand information
Moderate discussions, remove spam, and ensure community guidelines are followed
Identify opportunities to increase group participation, engagement, and member retention
HelloWellness App Community Management
Manage and support day-to-day engagement within the HelloWellness app community
Welcome new community members and help them become familiar with community features
Create conversations, discussion prompts, and engagement opportunities within the app
Encourage members to participate in discussions, community activities, and available app features
Monitor community interactions and respond to general questions
Gather community feedback and identify opportunities to improve the member experience
Coordinate approved community announcements, updates, and engagement initiatives
Support community growth and member retention as the app continues to develop
Community Content Creation
Develop engaging content specifically for the Facebook Group and HelloWellness app
Create educational posts, polls, discussion topics, wellness tips, FAQs, announcements, and conversation starters
Maintain an organized community content schedule
Brainstorm creative ideas to encourage conversations and participation
Research relevant wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and health-related topics for content inspiration.
Coordinate with the graphic designer when visual assets are needed.
Submit community content and creative materials to the Social Media Manager for approval before publishing.
Community Growth & Engagement
Help develop and execute approved initiatives to grow and strengthen the HelloWellness communities
Encourage meaningful interactions and conversations among members
Identify opportunities for community challenges, themed discussions, polls, and engagement activities
Help create a welcoming environment where members feel connected and encouraged to participate
Monitor community interests, recurring questions, and engagement trends
Assist with introducing approved community activities and new app features
Community Support & Communication
Monitor community questions, comments, and feedback across the Facebook Group and app
Provide timely, professional, and friendly responses using approved brand messaging
Direct members to appropriate resources or support channels when needed
Escalate sensitive questions, complaints, medical inquiries, product concerns, or situations requiring additional guidance
Maintain a consistent brand voice and positive community experience
Community Reporting & Organization
Track community activity, member growth, engagement, and participation
Identify popular posts, frequently discussed topics, and opportunities for improvement
Maintain organized records of community feedback and recurring questions
Provide weekly updates on Facebook Group and app community activity
Share insights, content ideas, and recommendations with the Social Media Manager and Director of Partnerships
