Role: Talent Acquisition Partner - FTC Contract Length : Fixed Term Contract – 12 months Location: Remote with occasional travel to Bright Horizons nurseries and offices when required. Our HO is in Northampton.

Salary: £DOE – from £33k Nursery Childcare Recruitment or Healthcare Recruitment Experience is Essential.

This role is to deliver an end-to-end recruitment service for our operational nursery setting roles in a designated region. Working in partnership with the operational and wider Talent Acquisition teams to hire the greatest talent potential for Bright Horizons , you will ensure that recruitment is strategically focused, while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience by driving effective stakeholder relationships. The focus is on strategic direct resourcing, talent pipelining and driving employer brand awareness as well as managing the end-to-end resourcing process from brief to attraction to onboarding.
