Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

Position Purpose: The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is responsible for all aspects of ERM and corporate sustainability/ Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) coordination and reporting for Centene Corporate and all subsidiaries. The ERM Analyst position is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting complex risks, applying knowledge of risk management techniques and is also responsible for supporting sustainability and ESG initiatives. This position partners with multiple business units and/or functional areas to assist with gathering, analyzing, and documenting ERM and corporate sustainability data.

Support strategies to improve the company’s corporate sustainability/ ESG ratings and propose actionable plans with appropriate measures to track results and integrate them into company business processes.
