The Locumsmart web-portal provides workflow automation, vendor management (VMS), and managed services provider (MSP) software for lowering costs, and increasing the efficiency of recruitment. Our clients include some of the largest hospital systems and staffing firms in the country.

We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and agile environment. We are looking for a candidate with strong problem solving and decision making skills who is proactive and has exceptional interpersonal skills.
