Benefits Call Center Representative
Remote Role – Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, schedule will be selected at the end of training. All applicants must agree to be available anywhere from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
In this role, you will support participants and beneficiaries by responding to benefit-related inquiries and providing guidance throughout the benefits process. The ideal candidate will have experience with pension plans and defined benefit (DB) accounts.
