The Country Manager Mexico is Conexa 's commercial engine in the Mexican market. This is an individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy — focused on opening new business. You will own the full sales cycle: from first contact and event-based networking to deal structuring and contract close.
You will work closely with Conexa 's CEO and commercial leadership, acting as the bridge between the Mexican market and our technical teams in Argentina. The ideal candidate has strong existing relationships in the fintech, payments, or tech ecosystem in Mexico, and knows how to navigate complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
