Lead UX Designer

Overview

Consilio builds eDiscovery and legal technology solutions used by legal teams at major organizations. Our users make consequential decisions inside our products — often under deadline, always under scrutiny. The work is high-stakes by nature: decisions made inside our products carry legal weight.

We're looking for a Lead UX Designer to own design for critical areas of our product suite and to serve as a steward of our design system. Two things make this role unusual. First, you'll be working out how AI shows up inside these workflows. Second, you'll be setting the standards that hold the experience together across a multi-product portfolio, and governing how those standards get used.
