About us
CrucialPoint is a retention and lifecycle marketing agency based in Utah. We run email, SMS, and lifecycle programs for US-based DTC, CPG, and restaurant brands across Klaviyo, Braze, and [Customer.io](). Symby is our sister agency, a productized Klaviyo and Shopify service for growing DTC brands. Together we’re a distributed team of about 30 and growing. We’re building a leaner, more systematized, AI-forward operation across both agencies, and we’re looking for someone to own the operations side.
