Head of Sales

One million proposals and counting! We are proud to help leading hospitality teams bring that many events and ideas to life. Curate is building strong sales momentum and our product continues to stand out as a leading solution for event professionals. Curate connects sales, contracts, staffing, production, payments, and reporting in one operating system, with AI and automation taking on the time-consuming administrative work. Every proposal represents a team serving people, building a stronger business, and creating an experience that matters. We are excited to keep reimagining how that work gets done so our customers can spend more time doing what they do best.

As Sales Manager, you will build on that momentum by leading and developing our sales team while actively participating in the sales process. You will work closely with the SDR and Account Executive to manage the pipeline, improve conversion, and provide every prospect with a consistent buying experience. You will take over the day-to-day sales mentorship and leadership currently provided by our CEO, who has also been actively selling the product. Your primary responsibility will be to build a strong, repeatable sales process and give each team member the coaching, tools, and accountability needed to achieve their goals. You will also manage your own sales opportunities, conduct product demos, and close new business.
