The Lead, Field Access Managementleads theNationalFieldAccess Manager (FAM) organization andis responsible forensuring patients experiencetimelyandappropriate accessto therapy. This role serves as the bridge between market access strategy and field execution, driving initiatives thatidentify, resolve, and prevent reimbursement and access barriers.

This position partners across Market Access, Sales, Patient Services, Specialty Pharmacy, Commercial Operations, and external vendors tooptimizepatient access, improve pull-through performance, and generate field insights that inform business strategy.
