DAWAR CONSULTING is a US based Consulting & Staffing firm placing top technical and professional talent at Fortune 500 clients across pharma/biotech, semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing. We work with Direct Clients, MSP-managed programs and leading VMS platforms, and are growing our India-based recruiting team to support U.S. hiring operations. You will own full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placements — sourcing and submitting qualified candidates across Pharma/Biotech, Medical devices, IT, Engineering, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing functions. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform, Indeed, and other major job boards. • Engage passive talent through Boolean and X-ray search. • Screen for technical fit, work authorization (OPT, GC, USC), and compensation alignment. • Submit candidates through VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday) per client SLAs. • Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience from sourcing through offer. • Maintain accurate, real-time records in ATS/CRM (Zoho, Bullhorn, Jobdiva, or equivalent). • Partner closely with Managers to understand client needs and optimize submittal quality.
