The Business Systems role is responsible for DGMN’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, acting as a strategic partner with internal stakeholders to help produce solutions to drive revenue, increase overall efficiencies, drive data integrity through processes/routines and help solve business problems.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops a vision, strategy and roadmap of technical solutions with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders as the driver/accountable lead for all DGMN revenue operations and system management, inclusive of developing solutions that solve business problems.
