The Crown Is Yours

As a Lead Product Designer, you'll drive the design vision and execution for one of our most impactful platform product areas, shaping shared capabilities and experiences that scale across teams. In this strategic role, you'll work across teams and disciplines to define long-term product direction, lead complex design efforts, and create reusable patterns and systems that support high-quality execution at scale. You'll elevate the quality of our work through influence, feedback, and systems thinking while mentoring others and delivering exceptional design yourself. This is an opportunity to own meaningful outcomes, guide the craft across teams, and push the boundaries of what great product design looks like.
