About the role
DRB builds the software that runs the modern car wash: point of sale, membership and recurring billing, payments, tunnel controls, and the analytics behind them. Our Solution Consulting team sits between customers, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and exists to answer one question for every operator we work with: how do we help you grow, and what does the evidence say?
As a Solution Consultant you will do exactly that. You will dig into a customer's transaction, membership, and payment data to find what is actually happening in their business; frame the findings as clear recommendations an executive can act on; and build the demos, analyses, business cases, and prototypes that move enterprise deals and strategic accounts forward. You will use AI tools every day, not as a novelty but as the way we get quality work out faster than anyone expects.
