The Senior Data Governance Manager is a strategic leader within Catalight’s Enterprise Data & Analytics organization, responsible for establishing, operationalizing, and maturing enterprise-wide data governance capabilities across the organization’s healthcare, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems. Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics, this role serves as the primary authority for data governance, data stewardship, metadata management, data quality, and regulatory compliance related to HIPAA, PII, and PHI. This role works closely with the Senior Data Architect, Senior Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Business Intelligence Analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data assets are secure, compliant, trustworthy, well-documented, and appropriately governed for operational reporting, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
