Propery Acquisition Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Property Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new properties to add to our portfolio on a rent-guaranteed basis. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and go the extra mile to secure deals.

Responsibilities:

• Source new properties for our portfolio, ensuring they meet our rent-guaranteed criteria.
• Make phone calls to property owners, agents, and other stakeholders to secure viewings and gather information on potential acquisitions.
