The Sales Manager will drive business growth across designated Eastern European markets by developing sales strategies, acquiring new water utility customers, and expanding strategic key accounts. The role takes ownership of the entire sales cycle, from customer acquisition and tender management to contract negotiations and successful project handover. Working closely with internal teams, the position delivers tailored technical and commercial solutions while building long-term relationships with utilities, distributors, system integrators, and other key partners. In addition, the role coordinates pilot projects, monitors market developments, maintains accurate sales data and forecasts, and represents Engelmann at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
