Senior Director, Operational Strategy - Oncology

Responsible to coordinate and develop competitive and flexible strategies for potential awards in oncology and oncology-related indications, leveraging expertise, operational capabilities, and technologies to ensure client needs are addressed in the pre-award activities.

Serves as the lead oncology strategist as assigned for potential awards and/or supports the other oncology-focused operational strategists as appropriate.

Co-leads bid defense preparations with Business Development for assigned opportunities and participate in other client meetings as needed in collaboration with Business Development, the SVP, SSPC, and other Senior Operational staff.

Develops strong relations with clients’ key decision makers by leveraging knowledge and expertise to drive repeat business for oncology and oncology-related opportunities and awards.
