Head of Marketing
Location: Remote (Must accommodate US East Coast working hours)
About Us
Partnerships are the future of go-to-market. They drive 30-50% of company revenue, yet most partner teams are stuck with spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated CRMs, tools never built for partnerships at scale. The result? Wasted time, lost deals, and inefficiencies that kill growth.
EULER is the AI-native PRM for modern partnership teams, built to replace manual work, eliminate partner friction, and turn partner activity into repeatable revenue and measurable ROI. We are not iterating on legacy PRM software. We are redefining what the category even is, and the market is taking notice.
We grew 600% YoY in 2025 and serve industry leaders, consistently winning against legacy solutions in competitive deals. We move fast, build intentionally, and lead the market on innovation and AI. If you're excited to solve big problems, work with smart teammates, and shape the future of partner tech, we'd be glad to meet you.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Marketing who can do three things well: think strategically, make smart decisions quickly, and execute without hand-holding.
This is not a role for someone who produces strategy decks and waits for alignment. It's for someone who formulates a hypothesis, runs the experiment, looks at the data, and moves. You will own the marketing function end-to-end, reporting directly to the CEO, with a clear mandate to drive revenue growth through demand generation and inbound pipeline.
We have real assets already in place: an active newsletter, a growing podcast, strong founder-led thought leadership, a rising G2 presence, active event sponsorships, and engaged communities. Your job is to assess what's working, prioritize the biggest opportunities, and take us in new directions. If after six months we're only doing the things already on this list, we've failed.
You will also work closely with a product marketer who will be joining around the same time and reporting to you, owning product messaging, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
What You'll Own
We have invested time and resources into building a variety of marketing channels and initiatives. We're looking for someone to come in, identify where the biggest revenue growth opportunities are, and place the right bets. Here is what exists today:
Demand generation strategy and execution across content, email, social, and paid
LinkedIn presence and distribution as our primary inbound channel
Newsletter, podcast, blog, YouTube, and G2 programs
Event sponsorships and partnership community engagement
Website copy and landing pages
Core messaging and positioning, developed in close partnership with the CEO
Marketing metrics tied directly to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue
What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 2 years owning a marketing function Demand generation focus with a track record of driving qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact, not just awareness Comfortable owning a revenue number and being held accountable to it Experience in or exposure to partner marketing or partnerships-led growth. Understanding this space is a meaningful advantage and shortens the learning curve significantly Scrappy and execution-oriented. You build channels from the ground up, not from a template Strong critical thinking and judgment about which bets are worth making and which aren't Exceptional writing skills. You can translate complex product capabilities into narratives that land with the right buyer Senior enough to manage a team, but not above rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself before one exists Portfolio required: include examples of content you've produced and programs you've built or scaled
What Will Not Work Here
Producing strategy documents that don't lead to action
Relying on AI-generated frameworks as a substitute for real marketing judgment
Waiting for perfect information before running experiments
Measuring success in outputs instead of outcomes
Nice to Have
Experience in PRM, CRM, or partner-led growth platforms
Familiarity with HubSpot for marketing operations
Experience managing or mentoring junior marketing team members
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus meaningful performance-based upside tied directly to revenue targets. We believe in sharing the upside with the people who drive it. If you're the kind of marketer who is comfortable putting your name on a number, this structure is built for you.
Why Join Us
A marketing function with real traction already in place. You prioritize and build on it, not from scratch.
Direct line to the CEO. Your strategy shapes how the product shows up in the market.
A product marketer joining alongside you to own the product messaging layer, freeing you to focus on growth.
The kind of place where you write the playbook, not follow one.
We grew 600% last year with virtually no formal marketing function, and are already on track to grow 300% this year. What the right person can do with what we've already built is a wide open question. If you've ever wanted to step into a role where the ceiling is genuinely undefined, where the work you do in the next 12 months could meaningfully change the trajectory of a company and your career, this is that opportunity. The foundation is here. The momentum is real. We're looking for the person who knows exactly what to do with it.
