✍ Short Description:

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist (AP/AR)to support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations, with responsibilities split approximately evenly between the two functions. This role combines invoice processing, payment tracking, reconciliations, collections support, and recurring financial reporting. A key focus is analyzing campaign performance data to verify amounts owed by clients and ensuring that reported revenue aligns with actual payments received. The ideal candidate brings experience handling financial transactions with international clients or vendors, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to investigate discrepancies accurately.
