Collection Analyst

Collections Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Analyst to join our Accounts Receivable and Billing team. In this role, you will manage overdue customer accounts, support timely collection of receivables, and help reduce financial risk through accurate follow-up, reconciliation, and issue resolution. You will work closely with customers and internal partners, including Billing, Legal, and Customer Success, to resolve account inquiries, improve processes, and support strong cash collection performance.
