Global Data Center Capacity Manager

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with data center operators, developers, brokers and other infrastructure partners.

Proactively identify available and upcoming data center capacity across our target markets.

Develop early intelligence on new developments, expansions, power availability, capacity releases and other market opportunities.

Maintain a structured pipeline of current and future capacity, including MW availability, RFS dates, density, cooling capabilities, connectivity and expansion potential.

Identify off-market and early-stage opportunities before they become broadly marketed.

Perform initial qualification of potential sites and capacity opportunities.
