Mission:

Our engineering team is known for solving problems that others consider impossible. Now we need a Marketing Guru who can do the same—but in the field of growth.

This isn't about “promotion” or glossy magazines. This is marketing as an engineering discipline of opportunity: analysis, hypotheses, experiments, and strategies that open up new markets before anyone else knows they exist.

You will work directly with the founders and leading engineers, turning technical excellence into a market advantage. Your task is to create a system for attracting new customers from complex and non-obvious domains.

Ensure a predictable flow of new inbound leads from target markets (US/Europe).
Link marketing to revenue, integrate it into the sales and delivery cycle.
Manage the full cycle of marketing functions (analytics, content, brand, digital).

Budget optimization is achieved by prioritizing channels with maximum profitability.
Administrative and reporting discipline
Transparency and manageability of the process through accurate reporting, documentation, and metrics.
