Role Overview
Every Magic Executive Assistant starts as a candidate someone said "yes" to. In this seat, that someone is you.
You'll hunt down and qualify Latin American candidates (Mexico first) for Magic 's Executive Assistant Training, judging them on English communication, experience, commitment, and proactiveness before anyone else spends a minute on them. You'll run the recruitment process hands-on: posting ads, reviewing resumes, interviewing, coaching the almost-ready, and endorsing the ready. The pace is fast, sometimes chaotic, and there isn't an SOP for every situation. You'll often be the one who figures it out.
