What You'll Own:

Inbound leads are qualified, contacted, and moved through the pipeline quickly.
Discovery calls and strategy consultations are conducted confidently and professionally.
Prospects receive consistent follow-up throughout the 14 day sales cadence.
All client communication, notes, and pipeline activity are accurately documented in HoneyBook.
Signed contracts and 50% deposits are collected before projects are transferred to the design team.
Every closed project receives a complete kickoff brief and clean handoff.
Your pipeline is actively managed, with stalled or at risk opportunities identified and escalated early.
A minimum of 10 virtual design projects are closed per month.

Core Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management

Receive, qualify, and respond to inbound leads from social media, realtor partners, banker referrals, and affiliate channels.
Assess prospect fit, investment goals, project scope, timeline, and purchasing readiness.
Manage opportunities from initial contact through signed contract and deposit collection.
Maintain a pipeline of approximately 8–12 active opportunities simultaneously.
Identify opportunities for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 services based on client needs.

Discovery & Consultative Selling

Conduct discovery calls with short term rental investors.
Lead $2,500 strategy consultations and clearly communicate the value of the firm's services.
Understand client goals, renovation budgets, investment timelines, and expected outcomes.
Present solutions based on each prospect's specific needs and property goals.
Handle objections confidently and move qualified prospects toward a buying decision.

Follow-Up & Pipeline Management

Follow the required 14 day follow-up cadence for every discovery call.
Send strategy consultation offers within 24 hours of the discovery call.
Follow up on Days 2–3, Days 5–7, and Days 10–12.
Mark opportunities as cold or move them into nurture after Day 14 when appropriate.
Notify the Director of Operations when warm opportunities become stalled.
Track pipeline activity daily and proactively address deals at risk of going cold.

Contracts & Closing

Prepare and execute contracts through HoneyBook.
Clearly communicate next steps, project scope, and payment requirements.
Collect the required 50% deposit before considering a project closed.
Confirm that deposits have cleared before transferring projects to the design team.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, communication, and client information.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain complete and accurate records in HoneyBook.
Log every client interaction, follow-up, and relevant deal detail.
Keep pipeline stages and opportunity information current.
Track individual sales performance and monthly closing results.
Flag pipeline risks, stalled opportunities, and operational issues early.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required :

3+ years of experience in contract-based, high-stakes, client-facing sales roles.
Demonstrated track record of closing deals, not only managing relationships or processing paperwork.
Strong discovery, consultative selling, and objection-handling skills.
Confident communicator who can independently lead client calls.
Strong follow-through and accountability.
Exceptional CRM hygiene and attention to detail.
Ability to manage 8–12 active sales opportunities simultaneously.
Comfortable selling premium services to sophisticated clients.
Comfortable discussing investment timelines, budgets, and ROI-related considerations.
English level C2.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Short-term rental investment experience.
Luxury real estate or hospitality development experience.
Boutique hospitality experience.
Experience selling design, renovation, or other high-ticket professional services.
Experience working with realtor networks, bankers, or investor referral channels.
Hands-on experience with HoneyBook or a comparable CRM.
Experience selling to real estate investors or high-net-worth clients.
